The Kellogg’s strike is over and workers have a new contract. The Checkout recently spoke with rank and file Kellogg’s worker Victor Francia, a member of BCTGM Local 50G in Omaha, Nebraska.

For over two months, Kellogg’s workers were on strike. Victor Francia gave us a shop floor perspective on the working conditions, contract negotiations, picket lines and threats of replacement with scab workers.
